Job Description

We are looking for Data Analyst based at Noida (NSEZ). Roles & Responsibilities: • Main driver for delivery of projects identified in BAP Factory digital roadmap related to Data and KPI improvements. • Maintain the reports built based on Business Intelligence Tool in BAP Factory • Deploy and manage data Gateways • Owner of the BAP Factory Sharepoint and Teams Group • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, outputs, and performance indicators to locate and correct issues. Create alarms to ensure timely MDM. • Establish link between ERP, Perso System and BAP Tracking system reports and build special focus dashboards. • Automate hourly and daily output dashboards to display live status, performance and Paretos in all teams. • Create and order acknowledgement dashboard based on the ERP data • Create a dashboard to improve delivery teams reactivity based on customer commitment, Priority model, Past experience and Planning inputs • Create and maintain FI pre-perso BAP Dashbaord on ERP extract Sharepoint inputs • Review layout and modernize the team “cockpit” meeting room with live reporting • Document the Data System’s architecture and update quarterly the information flow mapping. Who are we looking for? To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experience: • Technical B.S degree in computer science or systems engineering • 2 to 4 years of experience in Master Data management or Data Governance • Able to understand complex data structures and setup relevant cubes • Familiar with Microsoft AX or deep understanding of other ERP software • Experience using business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI…) • Software expertise (advanced programming skills) • Proficient in SQL, VB.NET, C# and C++ • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings • Analytic & data driven • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets • Ability to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Ability to work within a network • Reactivity and ability to get results • Anticipation of Industrial Strategy
